Barre365 is a trademarked barre fitness program designed to please! The carefully choreographed material is set to popular music and will allow you to get lost in this total body and conditioning workout. In this 60 minute class you will work through nine segments that will circuit through toning, stretching and cardio which targets the entire body. The elements of class will focus on building on long lean muscles, core strength and calorie burn. This class is easily modified to fit the needs of all students ranging from beginner to the most advanced. Age is not a factor.
Barre free is a freestyle barre class where anything goes! Its an intense barre workout that incorporates bands, barre + floor work. Barre Freestyle uses small, isometric movements to target specific areas of the body to burn fat and sculpt muscles. Floor work includes body weight exercises including planks.
This class combines basic boxing fundamentals, plyometrics and High Intensity Interval Training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. All fitness levels. *Gloves will not be provided for sanitary purposes, but are available for purchase at The Studio.
Pilates Fusion will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates Fusion is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.

Each week, the studio is dedicated to give back to this community that supports us! Pilates for a purpose is the Pilates Fusion style class, where all of the monthly proceeds will benefit one local charity each month. Exercising and giving back at one time!
Holy Yoga is experiential worship created to deepen people’s connection to Christ. The sole purpose of this class is to facilitate a Christ-honoring experience that offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect to God through His Word, worship and wellness. Holy Yoga is the intentional practice of connecting our entire being, body, mind and spirit with God: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. With complete reliance on God’s Word and prayer, Holy Yoga invites us to surrender and introduces us to Grace. When we breathe and move and have our being in Christ, we find ourselves in the flow of His magnificence. There is often a misunderstanding that yoga is a religion; it is not. Yoga is a spiritual discipline, much like prayer, fasting and meditation. Yoga has the capacity to enhance our personal beliefs and faith.
Yin Yoga (“sleepy yoga”), is a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Benefits include: calming and balancing of the mind and body / Reduction of stress and anxiety / Increased circulation / Improved flexibility / Releasing of fascia and improvement of joint mobility / Balancing of the internal organs. This is a great way to unwind at the end of the day!
New and experienced yoga practitioners will both find this Hatha Yoga class beneficial. With a mix of standing and seated postures, this class uses yoga to invigorate and relax. Class normally closes with some cooling poses to focus on mindfully listening to the body and to slow down for evening relaxation.
Yang and Yin Flow to Stillness
A balanced power yoga class which incorporates both movement and stillness. The yang, or movement, allows you to create heat and energy. The yin, or stillness, allows for introspection and space in the body. Give your body the balance it needs to start your day. Modifications and props offered to make it accessible for every body!
Tabata is a series of interval workouts. It's four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds. These workouts are fast-paced and fun and burn up tons of calories. You’re guaranteed to break a sweat during this class!
Hip hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements. Professional dancer Devante Williams will lead a hip hop class to a more mature audience. Mature does not mean experienced. This class will be exciting for beginners as well as experienced dancers. Hip-hop is all about having fun, while burning calories!
This is the class to let the kids learn to dance beyond Beyoncé and Fortnite! Instructed by professional dancer Devante Williams, The Studio will offer this time for kids and/or their parents to get familiar and have fun hip-hop dancing. All “hip” and no “hop” to a recital or competition. Just dance!
Self Care Yoga | "Self-Care Sunday"
Sunday's at 3:00pm | 1 hour
A gentle class for all levels with the central focus on each individual taking care of themselves, their needs, and tuning into what their body is communicating. The one-hour session will be a blend of meditation, breath work, and a restoration yoga sequence to practice at home. All senses will be engaged during this spa-like experience. Don't be surprised if there are fragrant aromatics, hands-on assistant from the instructor, scalp messages, hot tea, and more. Make a practice with us on Self-Care Sunday!
Hip Hop Yoga | "Hustle & Flow"

This is a vibrant and cultural class welcoming to all levels! It's Vinyasa yoga infused with Hip Hop beats and moves. The intention of this class is to have a challenging and fun workout- letting go of insecurity and sweating out the doubt. (There will be no vulgarity in the lyrics or poses.) #namastizzle
